Can we wear shoes inside the bubble house or bounce houses?
Safety first, party second! THE BUBBLY PALACE requires an attendant due to its unique installation requirements. It contains two entryway doors which can be very unsafe for children and untrained adults to operate themselves. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for this rule.
Why is a safety attendant required for our bubble house?
All inflatables are cleaned after each use, NO EXCEPTIONS. We have a zero tolerance rule for dirtiness and use the highest quality products to keep our products clean and sanitized. Additionally, we keep a sanitizing station at each rental drop off for continuously clean hands!
How do we clean our inflatables?
Unfortunately, living in the East Coast means questionable weather! If we foresee wind, rain or snow on your scheduled rental or installation date we will contact the you prior to delivery. In the event of cancellation due to weather, deposits/payments are non-refundable and will be credited towards a future reservation within one calendar year from the date of original booking. We cannot install inflatables outdoors in winds higher than 15mph. Please understand the weather is beyond our control and we must follow safety precautions.
What is our inclement weather policy for outdoor events?
Our bubble house and bounce houses must be installed on a smooth, flat surface. This includes most indoor surfaces. Outdoor surfaces include flat pavement, grass or decks. Inflatables cannot be installed on sand or rough surfaces that may puncture our products. We cannot installed ANY inflatables outdoors from November 1-April 15 due to cold weather being unsafe for proper usage and enjoyment.
What surfaces are safe for our bounce houses to be installed onto?
Did you know Amazon balloons are treated with toxic, synthetic latex? We use industry standard latex and mylar balloons purchased directly from trusted wholesalers. The latex is tapped from rubber trees and imported from Asia and constructed into balloons that are 100% biodegradable! Our team even got to tour the Maple City Rubber warehouse in Ohio and watched balloons get manufactured and shipped! Additionally, LUX POPPIN enforces the safe removal of balloons by popping and disposing of each one in the trash. We are proud members of the Pro Environmental Balloon Alliance. Never release helium balloons into the air.

NO shoes, please! We have a strict NO SHOE policy in order to keep our products clean and puncture proof! Socks can be added to your package for an additional fee. We reserve the right to ask anyone who doesn't follow these rules to exit our inflatable immediately and will not be allowed back inside for the remainder of the rental period.
What else is banned from use inside our inflatables?
We present a rules sign at every rental and ask that NO face paint, slime, food and drink enter inside any of our inflatables. We have invested in commercial grade products and want to keep them clean for EVERYBODY. Since our bounce houses are white, pink and pastel colors, face paint /Henna do NOT come off our inflatables and will damage them forever. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings with large parties containing these items that do not adhere to the rules.
Is a deposit required to book our services?
YES! A deposit is required for installations and party rentals. Your event will not be scheduled until a signed contract and deposit is received. The deposit is an initial 50% investment to your rental and styling period. Remaining balance due 7-days prior to your event. Cancelled events will relinquish their deposit or can be used towards a future service.

ABSOLUTELY! We're a fully licensed and insured LLC in the state of Connecticut. Party with ease knowing you're covered and safe!
