We own several backdrops and props in house. If we don't have it Danny will create it! All events are fully customizable and Danny handcrafts most backdrops! Our balloon installations begin with a complimentary consultation where we'll discuss the details of your event. We'll draft a detailed proposal for approval. From there you'll pay your deposit and your event will be scheduled. Planning then begins! On the day of your event our team will show up professionally dressed and ready to install! We will provide all items listed on your proposal and complete your installation. All you have to do is HAVE FUN! LUX Poppin strictly uses premium branded products and do not use Amazon, Party City, or any client supplied balloons or materials.
LUX Poppin offers the TRENDIEST rentals, including the EVER so popular 4-foot lighted LED Marquee letters and numbers! Single letters and numbers are $150 per letter/number for rental. Bundle packages available for multiple letters/numbers as follows:

Understanding the cost of balloons can be confusing! We use premium latex and foil brands specific to our industry which incur a much higher cost than DIY kits on Amazon or Pinterest laced with awful chemicals and are low quality products all around. Industry standard brands include Tuftex, Qualatex, Sempertex, to name a few. Installations require several sizes of balloons, including 5-inch, 11-inch, 17-inch, 24-inch and 36-inch. This means purchasing multiple bags and sizes of balloons which quickly adds up into the hundreds of dollars for the cost of balloons alone. Several materials are also required to install each design, such as hooks, tape, hanging wire, etc.
We use industry standard pricing: Organic balloon styling begins at $30/per foot and goes up depending on customized colors needed and any specialized foil balloons added.
Backdrops, props, furniture and other items unrelated to balloons are considered a "hired" item and contain a rental fee.
IN CONCLUSION: Expect a minimum of $500 + delivery & installation fees.

We've recently received an influx of social media influencers and local businesses asking for free work in exchange for social media posts, likes, tags and follows. While we are honored you'd like to choose us for your special Event we DO NOT work for free. Likes and Follows, Tags and Shout outs do not pay our bills, nor the hefty balloon invoices received from our wholesalers! We'd be thrilled to discuss all details of your event and try to work with our best budget friendly foots forward; however; we will decline any requests for free work in exchange for any type of service. Thank you for understanding we are Humans who work extremely hard and don't appreciate being asked to work for free. We will, however give you the most POPPIN, SHOW STOPPIN EVENT EVER if you hire us!
Deposit required to schedule any event. A text message or phone call will not confirm your event. Events are confirmed when the initial deposit is received and confirmation of receipt, date and time is returned to you. Final payment is due 7-days before your event is set to commence. While we will try to make every accommodation necessary your deposit will be lost if you cancel without cause. Please keep in mind we use industry standard balloon brands; however, even these MAY pop in extreme heat. Latex expands in the heat which poses a higher risk of popped balloons. Although this is quite unlikely, it is possible. We do not use client supplied props, products or balloons. This is simply for liability purposes and to ensure you are receiving the highest quality customer service and event experience possible! We are not responsible for popped balloons or damaged props if they are relocated by any person in your event. All rentals must be kept in the same condition as they were when they were delivered. All rentals are to be returned, including any signs, unless otherwise agreed upon between your party and your event planner. Any damages to the rentals will result in a $150 damages fee. Weekends are catered to hosting events and are quite busy! Therefore, backdrop rentals are picked-up the Monday or Tuesday following your event. If you are on a timed event your fees are included in your total cost and any rentals will be picked up at the time of your event conclusion. Balloons are always included with any event and may be kept. In fact, we encourage you to keep them for as long as possible! Because they're so pretty! By working with us, you give permission to LUX Poppin to post photos and videos of our installations on social media for marketing purposes, unless specifically stated not to.
