THE BUBBLY PALACE and INFLATABLES must be installed on a smooth, flat surface. This includes most indoor surfaces. Outdoor surfaces include flat pavement, grass or decks. Inflatables cannot be installed on sand or rough surfaces that may puncture our products.
All inflatables are cleaned after each use, NO EXCEPTIONS. We have a zero tolerance rule for dirtiness and use the highest quality products to keep our products clean and sanitized. Additionally, we keep a sanitizing station at each rental drop off for continuously clean hands!
Unfortunately, living in the East Coast means questionable weather. If we foresee wind, rain or snow on your scheduled rental date we will contact the you prior to delivery. In the event of cancellation due to weather, deposits/payments are non-refundable and will be credited towards a future reservation within one calendar year from the date of original booking. We cannot install in winds higher than 15mph. Please understand the weather is beyond our control.
Safety first, party second! THE BUBBLY PALACE requires an attendant due to its unique installation requirements. It contains two entryway doors which can be very unsafe for children and untrained adults to operate. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for this rule.
NO shoes, please! We have a strict NO SHOE policy in order to keep our products clean and puncture proof! Socks can be added to your package for an additional fee. We reserve the right to ask anyone who doesn't follow these rules to exit our inflatable immediately and will not be allowed back inside for the remainder of the rental period.
We present a rules sign at every rental and ask that NO face paint, slime, food and drink enter inside any of our inflatables. We have invested in commercial grade products and want to keep them clean for EVERYBODY. Since our bounce houses are white, pink and pastel colors, face paint /Henna do NOT come off our inflatables and will damage them forever. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings with large parties containing these items that do not adhere to the rules.
YES! A deposit is required for any LUX POPPIN services and your event will not be scheduled until a signed contract and deposit is received. The deposit is an initial 50% investment to your rental and styling period.

YES! Unlike amazon and party city balloons, we use premium latex balloons specific to the party entertainment industry. Premium latex balloons are 100% biodegradable! The latex is tapped from rubber trees then reconfigured into a balloon! Our balloons come directly from trusted wholesalers. We continue to practice safe removal of balloons by popping and disposing of each one in the trash. Never release helium balloons into the air.
